The Process

Pre-sale consultation

Understand the size of the label, printing quantity, appearance requirements, use environment, adhesive surface and adhesive method of the label, and estimate the most favorable price.

Sample design

The label can be newly designed according to the requirements, or printed and produced according to the sample.

Sample confirmation

The designer will provide you with pictures to check and confirm. For labels with special requirements, we will use paper samples for confirmation.

Printing production

Printing, laminating, polishing, die-cutting, etc. according to the process requirements.

Quality inspection

The label is inspected by the high-speed label inspection machine to ensure that each label meets the requirements set. Special labels will be tested in more detail in the label laboratory.

Packaging and transportation

The products are packed with plastic film and wrapped with packaging film to ensure that the labels will not be damp and damaged during transportation.
